Challenge Colin & Win with Scouting Radio

Colin Walker is a World renowned Scout Historian and author of several Scout books including "1907 Brownsea BP's Acorn" and "1908 The Dawn of the Scout Movement"

Colin runs "Scouting Milestones" a website with archived material and studies into Scout history, all through his own findings from travelling the world and following in the founders footsteps.

Colin broadcasts from the Scouting Radio UK studios, where we invite the listeners to "Challenge Colin" and catch him out with a Scout question.

In the past we have had questions such as:
  • Who brought Scouting to the US
  • Why is it called the Woodbadge and where did the idea come from
  • What did Baden Powell eat for Breakfast
  • Mafekeng (Colin's Number 1 subject)
  • and plenty of obsurd questions on Scout history which Colin was caught on!

So if your interested in trying to catch Colin out and winning some Scouting Radio goodies, do email us today This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
